The Live mode doesn’t work
SSL certificate is not installed on your domain
The most common reason why the Live mode is not available in your Virtual Try-On is that you don’t have an SSL certificate installed on your domain. In this case, please ask your web developer or server administrator to set it up.
Glasses are not 3D-ready
The other most common reason is that your glasses are not 3D-ready. The eyeglasses must have both front and side photos uploaded.
