Not receiving the password reset email? 

If you didn't receive the reset email:

• Check the spam folder of your inbox
• If the reset email isn't there, try adding [email protected] as a contact to your address book, and then resending the password reset email
• If that still doesn't work, you can contact support

How to reset your password from the sign-in page

1. Open the Auglio Client Dashboard in your web browser
2. Click Forgot your password?
3. Enter the email address you used to create the account
4. Click SEND EMAIL
5. Check your email inbox and click the link in the email you received to reset your password

How to reset your password from your settings

1. Sign in to the Auglio Client Dashboard
2. Click User profile icon and choose Profile from dropdown menu
3. Click Password
4. Enter your old and new passwords in the "Change password" section
5. Click SAVE
6. Check your email inbox and click the link in the email you received to reset your password

When you reset your password, you'll stay logged into your account.

I've tried everything, but I still can't reset my password
