How to delete an Auglio account

There are several cases when you may need to reset or delete your account: if you forget your password or want to stop using Auglio.

Note: Once you delete your account, you cannot recover or recreate it. We do not recycle usernames, which means the same username will not be available in the future.

How to delete your account

  1. Sign in to the Auglio Client Dashboard
  2. Click User profile icon and choose Profile from dropdown menu
  3. Scroll down to Account settings section
  4. Click DELETE MY ACCOUNT
  5. Enter your password in the pop-up window
  6. Once you click DELETE ANYWAY your account will be deleted

Personal data handling

We will retain your data as long as we need it for the purposes specified in our Privacy Policy. Such purposes cover, e.g., the provision and maintenance of your user account. However, in some instances, a more extended retention period may be required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). In these cases, we will hold your data by the relevant laws and regulations.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your data, we will either delete or anonymize it as soon as it is technically possible.

If we hold your data on behalf of your company, we will retain such personal data following the terms and conditions of our data processing agreement with them, subject to applicable law.
